3. Be a VOICE for your child and help make decisions at a state level for our school. The more memberships we have, the more votes we get.
4. Be more involved in the direction of your child’s education

WHAT DOES THE PTA DO?
Carroll PTA advocates for ALL children in our community. We provide programs that enhance education, provide educational resources, & promote family engagement. We are working hard to support both our Virtual Academy families and Face-to-Face families by re-imagining our events and programs this year.  This will include opportunities for families to participate virtually or in-person, while maintaining social distancing protocols.   Even though things may look differently this year, Carroll PTA is committed to providing the same value to our community that has been expected in years past.

EVENTS: Class Parties, Field Day, Teacher Appreciation Week, Family Fun Night, Book Fair, The Fun Run, Community Social Spirit Nights, Monthly Teacher Luncheons
MATERIALS: Filtered Water Refilling Stations, IPads for the Art Class,  Books for each student, Gaga ball pit, Recess balls for every grade level, Flex seating, Decorating the school, T-shirts for all the students, (New Goal is to provide a mask for each child)
PROGRAMS: Online Zoom Training, WATCH DOGS, Anxiety Strategies, Multicultural Inclusion, Reflections Contest, Healthy Lifestyles & Nutrition, The Yuck Show, Dinosaur George, Cup Stacking, Time for Kids, High Touch High Tech
